This project includes the complete renovation of a Magistrates Courtroom located on the 2 ^nd Floor of the Dayton Montgomery County Court Building located at 301 W Third Street, Dayton, Ohio 45422. The scope of this project includes, as defined in the project documents, the demolition and complete reconstruction of the space to provide a fully functional Magistrates Courtroom for the Domestic Relations Court.
