Category: Water Status: Open Description: The City of Dubuque Water Department is requesting sealed bids for the purchase and delivery
of Calcium Oxide (High Calcium Quicklime) for the remainder of CY 2025 through June 30,
2026, at which time the contract shall go to month-to-month with written agreement from both
parties until such time as the City were to re-bid.
