Description: *Addendum 1 has been added for Questions and Answers. The City of Dubuque is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified vendors to provide all material, labor, equipment, services and training necessary to furnish and install fully integrated on-line, real-time mobile license plate recognition system.  The City is requesting proposals from qualified vendor(s) for an integrated on-line, real-time mobile license plate recognition system. Questions concerning this RFP may be submitted to the Project Manager by email only.  Replies will be issued to RFP document holders of record as Addenda to the RFP and will become part of the RFP documents. Questions must be received on or before 10:00 a.m. CST on April 1st, 2026.  Any inquiries received after this date will not be answered. When submitting a question, please include the appropriate Vendor contact information.
