VTA seeks proposals (each, a “Proposal”) from qualified firms (each, a “Proposer”) to perform an assessment of the existing state of good repair in locations identified in the Scope of Services, and to provide engineering design services for rail rehabilitation (“Services”), from preparing plans, specifications and cost estimates (“PS&E”) through support in bidding and construction of the Project.
