Description: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the City Engineer of the City of Healdsburg at the Administration/Clerks office located at City Hall, 401 Grove Street, Healdsburg, County of Sonoma, State of California, until the hour of 2:00 p.m., on the  28th day of April, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud in the chambers of the City Council, 401 Grove Street, Healdsburg, California, for: ELECTRIC LINE CLEARANCE TREE TRIMMING SERVICES IFB-05-026 The complete bid instructions and Invitation for Bids (IFB) may be obtained by registering for the project plan holders list on this City website project page. A pdf copy of the bid package will be made available at no cost to all registered plan holders. Any bidder that is not registered for the plan holders list prior to the bid opening date shall have their bid deemed non-responsive. The City of Healdsburg (City) is seeking bids for ELECTRIC LINE CLEARANCE TREE TRIMMING SERVICES. The successful Bidder will be responsible for providing all labor equipment, and materials as are required to complete the work according to the Contract Specifications, the Special Provisions, and Technical Specifications provided in the IFB. A non- mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on April 14th, 2026 at 10 a.m . The pre-bid meeting will be held at 550 Westside Rd, Healdsburg, CA 95448. In accordance with California Public Contract Code Section 3300, a valid Class C-49 California contractor’s license is required to bid on the project.
