Description

The City of Spokane Facilities Department, in partnership with the Spokane Police Department, is soliciting bids for the a new classroom building addition at the Spokane Police Academy located at 2302 N. Waterworks St, Spokane, WA 99212.

Please note this project requires apprenticeship utilization - see bid for details.

The City of Spokane will only accept bids from Prime/General Contractors for the complete scope of Work. Pre-Bid Meeting attendance is mandatory for Prime/General Contractors. Subcontractors are not required to attend.
