DCAMM Certification is required to bid on this project; General bid certification category is Roofing; Filed Sub-Bids shall be included for the following trades: Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical Bid documents can be obtained  electronically only through the City of Framingham’s Vendor Registry portal https://vrapp.vendorregistry.com/Vendor/Register/Index/city-of-framingham-ma-vendor-registration on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 after 10:00 A.M. in accordance with Contract Documents prepared by Gale Associates Sealed filed sub-trade bids for HVAC must be received no later than Wednesday March 26, 2025 at 1:30 P.M. via the Vendor registry portal https://vrapp.vendorregistry.com/Vendor/Register/Index/city-of-framingham-ma-vendor-registration Sealed filed sub-trade bids for Electrical must be received no later than Wednesday March 26, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. via the Vendor registry portal https://vrapp.vendorregistry.com/Vendor/Register/Index/city-of-framingham-ma-vendor-registration Sealed filed sub-trade bids for Plumbing must be received no later than Wednesday March 26, 2025 at 2:30 P.M. via the Vendor registry portal https://vrapp.vendorregistry.com/Vendor/Register/Index/city-of-framingham-ma-vendor-registration Bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s Vendor Registry system.  Bids submitted through any other means, such as mail, email or hand delivery, will not be accepted and will be rejected by the City as non-responsive.
