Description: The Town of Amherst invites qualified designers to submit an application to provide design and engineering services, including preparation of specifications and bid ready documents for general construction bidding for the slate roof replacement at the Town Hall Building in Amherst, Massachusetts. The purpose of this project is to provide design and engineering services based on the Department of the Secretary of Interiors Historic Standards for the municipal roofing project, to include, but not limited to: roof assessment and project cost estimate, final design, construction bid package, limited project award support, and construction administration. Special Requirements: Bid documents must be ready to distribute by the end of April 2026.
