Project Description: The Bay Area Toll Authority (BATA) is seeking to hire a contractor to recover any unpaid or undisputed toll violations and negative account balances. The selected contractor will be expected to manage the receivable recovery process including any recovery efforts through the State of California, Franchise Tax Board – Interagency Intercept Collection (IIC) Program. In addition, the contractor is expected to provide optional skip tracing and an agency–directed payment plan services not associated to any recovery efforts.
