Bronze Line Environmental, Engineering and Project Management Services

Contract Number 26P018

The Metropolitan Council is soliciting proposals for 26P018 Bronze Line Environmental,

Engineering and Project Management Services, supporting the Metro Transit Bronze Line BRT

project. The anticipated schedule for this procurement is as follows:

For the purposes of this contract, the Council has established a 22% goal for Metropolitan

An optional, in-person pre-proposal meeting will be held on March 16, 2026, at 2:00 PM, at the

Ramsey County Metro Square Building located at 121 7th Place East, Saint Paul, MN 55101.

Meet in the Auditorium Conference Room on the Lower Level. Proposers are strongly

encouraged to attend.

An in-person Small Business Mixer event will be held following the pre-bid meeting. This is an

optional opportunity for proposers to connect with potential subcontractors to meet small

business contract goals.
