Description

This is a notice of the USDA Forest Service’s intent to restrict competition under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold.





USDA Forest Service Rocky Mountain Research Station is a part owner of the building and parking structure located at 322 E Front St. Boise Idaho known as the Idaho Water Center (IWC). As the majority owner, Regents of the University of Idaho has entered into an agreement with the Oppenheimer Development Corporation for Management services of the building. The proposed contract action is for building management services provided by Oppenheimer Development Corporation, the selected contractor by the Regents of University of Idaho.
