This Addenda forms a part of the Contract Documents and modifies the original Bid Documents
dated November 24, 2025, as noted below. Acknowledge receipt of the Addenda in the spaces
provided on the Bid Proposal.
This Addenda consists of 2 pages.
Changes to the Project Manual:
1. 06200 – Finish Carpentry and Millwork:
A. Article 2.3 Hardware:
i. Paragraph A:
Add “Soft Close Type Hinge”.
2. 09900 – Painting:
A. Article 3.3 – Painting Schedule:
