Overview

Summary

Leon County is seeking the services of a qualified newspaper to advertise 2025 delinquent taxes as required under Florida Statutes, Chapter 197 and 50. Florida Statutes directs that the citizens of Leon County will be notified of any delinquent taxes on real and personal property. The notices shall be published once in April 2026 for personal property taxes and for real estate taxes in May 2026 for three (3) consecutive weeks. Chapter 50, Florida Statutes, provides guidelines for such publication of delinquent tax notices. All work performed under the resultant agreement shall be directed by the Leon County Tax Collector's Office.
