The City of Jackson Wastewater Treatment Plant is seeking sealed bids for hauling biosolids and land application with a reputable, qualified Contractor who is familiar with EPA and MDEQ regulations regarding the handling and management of biosolids. The City of Jackson believes it is important that numerous farms are used in the program to permit enough diversity to permit continuous land application if necessary.
