Project Description: Work at the executive building to provide equipment replacement and additions. Mechanical work includes new make-up air units, exhaust fans, rooftop units, and mini split cooling unit. Architectural, structural, and electrical work includes support of mechanical scope. This includes new gypsum walls, masonry wall penetrations, roofing penetrations, steel supports, and power connections.
