Description: Yamhill County, by and through its Health and Human Services Department (“HHS”) requests proposals from experienced Design-Build Contractors for the design and construction of an 8-unit studio complex with office space, restrooms and storage (total complex size approximately 4,000 square feet), as specified in this request for proposals (“RFP”) Additional details on the scope of services to be provided is included in Section C of the HHS Housing RFP . HHS anticipates the award of one Design-Build Contract (as defined elsewhere herein) from this RFP. The term of the Design-Build Contract is anticipated to be approximately one year.
