Notes	The City of Pompano Beach (City) will receive sealed proposals for sanitary sewer and stormwater manhole/catch basin rehabilitation services until 2:00:00 p.m. (local) on January 16, 2025. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the eBid System on or before the due date and time. Any proposal received after the due date and time specified herein will not be considered. Any uncertainty regarding the time a proposal is received will be resolved against the Proposer. Proposers must be registered on the City’s eBid System in order to view the solicitation documents and respond to this solicitation. The solicitation documents can be downloaded for free from the eBid System as a PDF at: https://pompanobeachfl.ionwave.net . The City is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of any documentation the Proposer receives from any source other than the eBid System.
