Notes	The City of Warner Robins invites the submission of bids for sidewalk construction on South Davis Drive and Orchard Way.  Complete specifications and regulations are provided in Attachment #1: CED-4657 Sidewalk Construction Bid Package.  This project is Federally funded and subject to the provisions further described in the bid documents.  Submission of bid shall constitute acknowledgement and acceptance of all terms and conditions contained therein. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, February 27, 2025 at 10:00 AM (ET) in the Carolyn Robbins Conference Room in City Hall (700 Watson Blvd., Warner Robins, GA). To remain eligible for bid award, a minimum of one representative from the respective bidder must be in attendance promptly at the start of the meeting and remain present for the duration of the meeting. Each prospective bidder must upload and submit their bid with all required documents through the City's IonWave procurement system by the designated date and time of Thursday, March 6, 2025 at 2:00 PM (ET). All questions must be submitted via the IonWave system by Tuesday, March 4, 2025 at 2:00 PM (ET). The bid, if awarded, will be awarded to responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability, value, and other factors considered.  The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept none, all, or any part of the bid, and to waive all formalities.
