The Liberty County School System (the “LCSS” or the “District”) wishes to announce that we are requesting Statements of Proposals to Upgrade the HVAC System at Frank Long Elementary School RFP 2026-06, by a firm authorized to do business in the State of Georgia. The advertising dates for this RFP 2026-06 are November 24, 2025 through January 6, 2026. Statements of Proposals will be accepted prior to 11:00 A.M. on January 6, 2026. A mandatory Pre-Proposal
Conference will be held on December 3, 2025 at 11:00 A.M., at Frank Long Elementary School in the Media Center, located at 920 Long Frasier Drive, Hinesville, Georgia 31313.
