Description: NOTICE TO PROPOSERS REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS RFP #26-18 R.F.Q 26-18 CONSTRUCTION SERVICES MISCELLANEOUS WATER AND SEWER TASKS, CITY OF ANNAPOLIS, MARYLAND The Central Purchasing Office of the City of Annapolis is accepting sealed Letters of Interest / Statements of Qualifications, (“LOI / SOQ”) proposal package for prequalification, in order for the City of Annapolis may establish a list of contractors prequalified to submit bids for construction phase services until 2:00 p.m., Friday, August 22, 2025.
