Description: CITY OF SALEM, VA REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL # 2025-032 Elevator Maintenance The City of Salem is seeking sealed proposals from qualified and licensed Offerors to provide elevator maintenance services, on a regular and/or as needed basis, at various locations within the City and City Schools, in accordance with Request for Proposal (RFP) # 2025-032. Proposals must be received by hand delivery, mail or electronic submission through eVA at www.eva.virginia.gov no later than 3:00 PM ET on June 3, 2025. Offerors who choose to submit paper proposals, shall submit one (1) original and one (1) electronic copy on a flash drive (Microsoft Word or PDF) in a sealed envelope clearly marked on the outside with the company’s name and “Attn: Purchasing Dept. – RFP #2025-032 – Elevator Maintenance”. Paper proposals must be submitted to: City of Salem Purchasing Department Attention: Michelle Braxton 114 North Broad Street P. O. Box 869 Salem, VA  24153 Offerors who choose to submit their proposals electronically must ensure that they are a registered vendor in eVA.
