Description: Invitation to Bid (ITB) for San Miguel County Road Assessment and Inventory Software San Miguel County Road and Bridge is currently looking for products or services to analyze, document and track road conditions, levels of distress, striping and surface markings, signs, guardrails and other County infrastructure within the Road Right-of-Way of our County Road System. Scope of Work and Deliverables San Miguel County is requesting bids from vendors that provide services or products to gather and track the aforementioned information and data for 62.714 miles of paved surface roads and 304.556 miles of improved gravel surface roads in our system. Milestone Proposed Dates ITB Issued 3/19/2026 Proposal Due 4/2/2026 at 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time Notification of Selection (Tentative) 4/3/2026 by 4:30 p.m. Mountain Time Contract (Tentative) 4/6/2026 Project Kickoff (TBD) All dates are subject to change at the discretion of the County.
