Scope of Work and DeliverablesSan Miguel County is requesting bids from vendors that provide services or products to gather and track the aforementioned information and data for 62.714 miles of paved surface roads and 304.556 miles of improved gravel surface roads in our system.
Milestone Proposed Dates- ITB Issued 3/19/2026
- Proposal Due 4/2/2026 at 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time
- Notification of Selection (Tentative) 4/3/2026 by 4:30 p.m. Mountain Time

Contractor has read andagrees to the terms and conditions stated herein.Be it Agreed as Follows:1. Contract Documents:The “Contract Documents” shall consist of the following: (add or subtract documents as needed)a) this Agreement;b) the Bid/RFP Package as Exhibit A;c) Contractor’s Proposal as Exhibit B;d) Certificate of Insurance and Endorsement as Exhibit C; ande) Contractor’s W-9 as Exhibit D; andf) Copy of Professional License/Certification as Exhibit E (if applicable).2. Contractor shall not replace the Contractor Representativeunless: (a) the County requests a replacement or (b) Contractor terminates the employment of theContractor Representative and provides a satisfactory substitute. The County must approve thesubstitute Contractor Representative, and, if no substitute is acceptable, the County may terminatethis Agreement.6. Approval and Acceptance of Services:The County Representative shall be the sole judge of the acceptability of the Services by theContractor and the sufficiency of any supporting data submitted by the Contractor. If at the solediscretion of the County conferences with Contractor are necessary or desirable to explain or correctServices, Contractor shall make no additional charge for time or costs for attendance as suchconference or for making the required explanations or corrections.7. Independent Contractor:The parties agree that the relationship created by this Agreement is that of an employer-independentcontractor.
