Project Description: You are invited to submit an electronic bid for the following: Furnish all labor and materials for the Automatic Temperature System Replacement at Crestwood Elementary School, in accordance with specifications and drawings available for download from the Bonfire website. If a copy is needed, please contact the individuals listed on the Invitation for Bid letter for pick-up from the Office of Facilities Management, 5025 Sideburn Road, Room 62, Fairfax, Virginia 22032.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held February 11, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. at Crestwood Elementary School, 6010 Hanover Avenue, Springfield, Virginia 22150. Contractors shall meet in the Lobby of the buildings front entrance to sign the meeting roster. NO ONE WILL BE ADMITTED AFTER 9:35 A.M.
