Scope of Work:

Project involves twenty-three (23) elementary schools. Work at each site includes demolition and installation of four (4) ceiling attic hatch ladders. Ladders servicing areas higher than ten feet (10’) are to be electronically controlled with installation of electrical wiring and control switch.

Sealed bids for the Replace Attic Ladders at Twenty-Three (23) Elementary Schools will be received by the Washoe County School District’s (WCSD) Purchasing Department located at the Brown Center 14101 Old Virginia Road, Room #0, Reno, NV 89521, until 2:00 p.m., (Local Time) on June 26, 2025. The bids will be opened publicly via a TEAMS Meeting at 2:30 pm (local time).
