Project Description

Description:	The Village is accepting sealed bids from qualified contractors for Snow and Ice Removal Services for designated cul-de-sacs, courts, and the Village Hall/Police parking lot. The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor and equipment and must be available twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, from November 15, 2026 through April 15, 2027, to respond to snow and ice events as directed by the Village.
Additional Description:	The initial term of the Contract shall be November 15, 2026 through April 15, 2027.         The Village shall have the option to renew the Contract for up to two (2) additional         one-year terms for the 2027–2028 and 2028–2029 snow seasons, upon mutual         agreement of         the parties.
