PUBLIC NOTICE

The City of Pigeon Forge Department of Tourism, Office of Special Events, is receiving

sealed bids for the purpose of providing Stage, Sound & Lighting on July 3 & 4, 2026,

as part of the City’s Patriot Festival Celebration.

Specifications may be picked up at the Pigeon Forge Office of Special Events, 3107

Parkway, Pigeon Forge, TN between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm Monday through

Friday.

All bids must be in a sealed envelope with the bidder’s name and address on the outside

and marked “Bid for July 4th Patriot Festival Stage, Sound & Lighting”

Bids will be received until noon on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at Pigeon Forge

Office of Special Events.

The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept bids deemed most

favorable by the City of Pigeon Forge.
