The City of Phoenix (COP) Water Services (WSD), Public Works (PWD) and Information Technology Services (ITS) Departments is soliciting for managed services to operate, maintain and improve the Customer Information Services (CIS) solution on a 24x7 basis for a period of five (5) years. COP intends to contract with two (2) separate Managed Services providers. The establishment of the contract will be for Batch Operation Services and Primary Support Services.
