Description

The Port of Corpus Christi Authority (PCCA) is currently accepting bids for Cargo Dock 14 Roof Vent Replacement. Potential Bidders can obtain a set through the PCCA’s procurement website at https://pocca.procureware.com .

Scope of work generally consists of demolition, modification, and installation of roof ventilation systems, along with associated curb work and electrical modifications to support new roof vents.

This is a lump sum purchase. Bidder must submit a bid bond or cashier’s check for 5% of the total amount of the bid. Performance and Payment Bonds are required when the successful bidder executes this contract, each for 100% of the total contract amount.
