Description: The City of Citrus Heights is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide professional services for the 2026 and 2027 Pavement Restoration Projects. This is a multi-year program, with three anticipated bid packages/documents. The City intends to hire one consultant team for all three projects. The City intends to hire one consultant team all three projects. Project scopes include resurfacing of 240 roadways over a two-year period, construction of accessible curb ramps and bulb-outs, storm drain repairs, traffic signal modifications, roadway re-striping and striping upgrades, etc. Interested parties can download the Request for Proposals (RFP) at the Citrus Heights Planroom located at https://www.citrusheightsplanroom.com . Proposals shall be submitted in the manner specified in the RFP. The submittal deadline is 3:00pm, Wednesday, October 1, 2025.
