INVITATION FOR BIDS # CRHA 26-B-001

Chesapeake Redevelopment and Housing Authority is soliciting bids from qualified and licensed firms to provide Contractor Services for Exterior Repairs to the Broadlawn Park Community in Chesapeake, VA. IFB document download and Submittal Return: may be downloaded from the CRHA website under the Procurement Section at www.crhava.org/procurement. IFB documents will be ready for download Friday, January 9, 2026, at 8:00 am local prevailing time. The bid submittal must be received in-hand and time-stamped in the CRHA Central Office, 1468 South Military Highway, Chesapeake, VA 23320 no later than Friday February 20, 2026, by 2:00 p.m. prevailing local time.
