VILLAGE OF BURR RIDGE

PUMP CENTER MODIFICATIONS

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed Bids for the Pump Center Modifications project will be received, by Village of Burr

Ridge at the office of the Village Clerk, Village of Burr Ridge, Burr Ridge Village Hall, 7660

S. County Line Road, Burr Ridge, Illinois 60527, until 10:00a.m. local time on March 3, 2026,

at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of

multiple electrical and process piping improvements.

Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis.

The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Crawford, Murphy & Tilly, Inc., 550 North

Commons Drive, Suite 116, Aurora IL 60504. Prospective bidders may contact the consulting

engineer’s office by dialing (630) 820-1022 or emailing Claus Dunkelberg at

cdunkelberg@cmtengr.com to receive Bidding Documents and to be added to the bidder’s list.

Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays

through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. till 4:00 p.m. and may obtain copies of the

Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below.

Electronic copies of documents may be obtained free of charge. A CD of the bidding documents

is available by request for a non-refundable fee of $20.00. Checks for Bidding Documents shall

be payable to Crawford, Murphy & Tilly, Inc. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be

available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or

partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than

the Issuing Office.

Bidders may schedule a site visit with the Owner by contacting the public works department

Alex Mezatis at amezatis@burr-ridge.gov or (630) 323-4733. The site address is 11680 German

Church Road, Burr Ridge, IL.

Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
