Description: Sealed bids must be marked “2024 - 2025 Demolition Bid Package (1)” and submitted to the City Clerk's Office, City of Belleville, 101 South Illinois Street, Belleville, Illinois 62220, by 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, January 14, 2025, for the demolition and clearing of fourteen (14) parcels/lots in the City of Belleville, after which, at 10:00 a.m. bids will be opened publicly and read aloud. The lowest and best bid is anticipated to be awarded at the January 21, 2025 City Council meeting. Miscellaneous: The City of Belleville reserves the right to waive any informality or technicality and to reject any or all bids. Contractors that are on the City of Belleville contractor suspension list will not be allowed to bid. (Allow ten days for review).
