PURPOSE AND SCOPE: The City of Charleston, WV (the City) is soliciting bids for the provision of Lawn Care, Trash Removal, Vegetation and Small Tree Trimming services for properties deemed by the City to be unsafe, unsanitary, dangerous, or detrimental to public safety or welfare.
