Gore Creek Promenade Renewal Project

The Town of Vail, Colorado is seeking a qualified Contractor to construct improvements to the Gore Creek Promenade park area, located in Vail Village.   The Promenade is a 16,000 square foot park and public space that is home to multiple shops, restaurants, galleries, a boutique hotel and park amenities such as bluegrass turf, paved walkways, landscaping and access to Gore Creek.

The construction work generally includes park-related improvements including site electrical systems, concrete paving, concrete unit pavers, snowmelt system, stone masonry, large stone placement for creek access, site lighting, irrigation, and landscape improvements for the Vail Village commercial core.  The Town of Vail prefers that the project is completed in two seasonal construction windows: Fall of 2025 and Spring of 2026.

• A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on June 23, 2025 @ 1:00 pm. Bidders are required to attend.  Bids will not be accepted from bidders that do not attend.  A tour of the Site will follow the pre-Bid meeting for those interested.  Location:   Vail Public Works Department-Administration Building.  1309 Elkhorn Drive, Vail, CO  81657.
