The CHIP reflects the results of a community-wide planning process aimed at advancing the health and well-being of San Mateo County. It serves as a blueprint for shared action across government, community members, community-based organizations and systems to advance community-defined priorities of Access to Health Care Services, Mental Health, and Social Determinants of Health. Reference the CHIP Report for additional background.
