Description: The work consists of but not limited to: Remove and strip rubber membrane and backerboard from roof. • Install face metal along the outside edges.• Install new backerboard and secure with manufacturer recommended screws and plates. •Adhere .60 mil EPDM rubber roof membrane to backer board. • All seams of the roofing system sealed according to manufacturer recommendations • Install flashing on edges and curbs • Clean-up and removal of all materials and scraps caused by the construction. • Roof warranty required. • The roof surface is approximately 9400 sq/ft.
