Description

The City of Oakland, Human Resource Management Department is seeking Qualification Summaries from HR Consultants to develop and administer the upcoming public safety promotional examinations for the Oakland Police Department and the Oakland Fire Department. The City prefers to grant three (3) year contracts. Multiple contracts will be awarded with Oakland Police Department and with the Oakland Fire Department. Consultants may be awarded up to two contracts, one with each client department. The Human Resources Department staff will represent both departments in the administration of work orders issued against these contracts.
