Requires: grading, asphalt paving, concrete paving, roundabout construction, stormwater facilities, structures over Yelm Creek and the Yelm Prairie Line Trail, retaining walls, noise wall, utility relocations, signing, rapid-rectangular flashing beacon signals, illumination, closed-circuit television cameras, intelligent transportation systems (ITS) conduit and fiber, roadside restoration, traffic control and other work. Involves 295 items and 705 working days. Work class 1, clearing, grubbing, grading and drainage. Tier 3 project.
