Description

The current Iowa DNR CRS toolkit includes an introductory document and a working spreadsheet. At a minimum, these materials should be thoroughly reviewed and updated to align with the 2025 NFIP CRS Coordinator’s Manual. Consultants may also propose alternative approaches or formats for delivering a community toolkit. All specifications, the cost proposal sheet, and bid submissions are available exclusively through the IMPACS Electronic Procurement System and must be downloaded and submitted via the IMPACS link below.
