Project Description

The city of Mt. Vernon, Illinois, is seeking bids for the installation of sanitary sewer main (including manholes) and pavement repair in the Richview Road area . All qualified contractors/vendors are invited to submit a sealed bid/proposal.

• Bid Due Date: October 1, 2025 at 10 A.M.
• Bid Opening Location: Mt. Vernon City Hall, 1100 Main Street

• All contracts for the construction of Public Works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12).
