Please be aware this is an electronic bid. THERE WILL BE A MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING ON April 2, 2026 AT 10:00 AM.  ATTENDANCE AT THE PRE-BID MEEDING IS MANDATORY FOR BIDS TO BE ACCEPTED.  Questions will need to be submitted by April 6, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. and Responses will be issued by us via an Addendum no later than April 8, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.  Bids will be due on April 10, 2026 before 10:00 a.m.
