Project Number SG305 Description Albany Elevator Modernization Program – Term Contract Location Various OGS Facilities – Albany, NY Duration Five (5) Years (Three (3) years to assign new work + two (2) additional years to complete assignments) Minority Business Goal 15% Women-Owned Business Goal 15% SDVOB Business Goal 6% Letters of Interest/Deadline Date February 26, 2026 Project Details The New York State Office of General Services Design & Construction Group (OGS D&C) intends to contract with one (1) firm to provide elevator modernization consulting, inspection, design, design management, and construction phase services. The selected firm must be capable of demonstrating the capacity for the condition assessment, prioritization, design, and design management of a large capacity of simultaneous projects throughout Albany, NY. The majority of projects will involve the rehabilitation of existing facilities, and the firm and/or sub-consultants must be capable of providing mechanical, electrical, structural, fire protection and architectural (including historic preservation) design services, as assignments may include these disciplines.
