SUBJECT: South Campus Network Upgrade

USD 266 is requesting a sealed bid for network upgrades at our south campus. All quotes

must be honored until 4/17/2026.

Alternate or equivalent bids must detail differences.

All bidders must have an E-Rate SPIN (Service Provider Identification Number) and not

be subject to the FCC’s Red Light Rule.

All bids must clearly state all E-Rate ineligible costs.

Location of these upgrades will be: ​

Please note that any specific manufacturers or model numbers are to be considered “or

equivalent’ as per E-Rate rules.

Proposals must clearly identify costs for basic maintenance and support as well as any E-Rate

in-eligible items.
