Solicitation #: RFP250074MWB Project Name: Miscellaneous Planning Service - Countywide Scope of Work: The Lee County Board of County Commissioners (COUNTY) seeks to contract with a qualified Planning Services Vendor to perform planning services to develop project scopes, schedules, and deliverables for specific tasks for individual projects on an as-needed basis for the term as described herein.  Services performed under this Agreement shall include, but not be limited to: a.        Amendments to the Lee County Comprehensive Plan b.        Implementing the Lee Plan through land development code amendments c.        Implementing a variety of planning objectives or practices mandated or authorized by the Florida Statutes d.        Conducting general land use planning e.        GIS Analysis f.        Preparing special studies or reports, including but not limited to fee studies, concurrency/concurrency alternative studies, market studies, utilities studies and housing studies g.        Strategic plans h.        Master planning and studies The Vendor shall be responsible for knowledge and compliance with all relative local, state, and federal codes, laws, and regulations pertaining to work under this solicitation.
