Description: The City of Steamboat Springs is soliciting proposals from qualified individuals, institutes, firms, or organizations for the purposes of completing a Steamboat Springs Passenger Rail Station Site Study (“Study”) to identify the optimum location for passenger rail station(s) in Steamboat Springs to provide the best access and highest benefits for Steamboat Springs residents and visitors. The scope of work will assess feasibility, location suitability, environmental impacts, and infrastructure requirements to support a functional and efficient rail station(s). The City of Steamboat Springs is soliciting proposals from qualified individuals, institutes, firms, or organizations for the purposes of completing a Steamboat Springs Passenger Rail Station Site Study (“Study”) to identify the optimum location for passenger rail station(s) in Steamboat Springs to provide the best access and highest benefits for Steamboat Springs residents and visitors.
