NICO Interpretive Waysides and Walk Improvements

This is a Request for Quote for construction work at Nicodemus National Historic Site in Bogue, Kansas. The resulting award will be firm fixed price. The complete specifications, provisions, and clauses are available at www.sam.gov. Please replace any mention of "substantial completion" with "final completion" throughout the entire specification document.

PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $20,000 to $40,000

Payment Protection/Bonds: Quotes between $35k and $150,000 require either a Payment Bond or Irrevocable Letter of Credit

Notice of Set-Aside: 100% Total Small Business set-aside

Period of Performance: 120 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed
