Project Description: Lehman College of the City University of New York is requesting quotes to provide repairs to our Campus Green House. Vendors must have been in the Green House repair business for a minimum of Three (3) years of the RFQ Submission Due Date. a Mandatory conference/site visit is scheduled for Tuesday November 5th at 11:00am EST.
Lehman College of The City University of New York is seeking on a lump sum, turnkey basis, all labor, materials, and equipment to provide Repairs to the Greenhouse as set forth in greater detail pursuant to its discretionary purchasing authority under State Finance Law §163(6). This procurement opportunity is limited to New York State business certified pursuant to Article 15-A and Article 17-B of the New York State Executive Law. The work is subject to New York State prevailing wage provisions.

Any purchase that results from this advertisement shall be governed by the University’s standard Terms and Conditions, Purchase Order, and the Standard Clauses for New York State Contracts (Appendix A).
