Description

The Work consists of repairing the roof, improving the parapet, internal gutter and various details on the roof and a few minor repairs inside the library and its mechanical yard. This project was originally permitted under the 2012 edition of the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code. This roof repair project will utilize the current edition of the Virginia Construction Code including 2021 Virginia Existing Building Code.  There will be no change in footprint, occupancy or use of the building under this renovation.  All life safety and fire protection will be maintained during this project. Project is located at 1401 N Laburnum Ave, Henrico, VA 23223.
