The selected firm will serve as an extension of City staff, providing strategic retail recruitment, market analysis, and property activation efforts designed to strengthen Seaside’s commercial corridors and expand sales tax revenues. This RFP seeks a qualified firm with demonstrated experience in California municipal settings and the retail real estate industry.
