Scope of Services
Cape Hatteras Electric Cooperative is looking for a qualified contractor to complete overhead line right-of-way tree trimming and maintenance service.
The work will consist of maintaining the right-of-way on the distribution system and the transmission system that lies within the villages of Rodanthe, Waves, Salvo, and Avon. The scope does not include right-of-way on the transmission system outside of the villages.
